What to include

  • Your headshot — clients meet several agents and remember faces first.
  • Mobile number first, brokerage office line second, both labeled.
  • Brokerage name and logo, sized small enough that you stay the focus.
  • One link: current listings, a showing scheduler or a home-valuation page.
  • License number in the disclaimer slot where your state requires it in writing.

What works for real estate

  • 1

Use a headshot: clients meet many agents and remember faces before names.

  • 2

Keep your mobile number first — that's the one they call on a Saturday.

  • 3

One button is enough. Point it at your listings or a showing scheduler, not both.

Common questions

Should my real estate signature include my license number?
Several states require it on written correspondence, including email. Put it in the disclaimer line under the signature rather than in your title, so the name and role stay readable.
Photo or brokerage logo — which should lead?
Your photo. Clients choose an agent, not a brokerage, so the Profile and Bold layouts put your portrait first and keep the brokerage mark small. Team-wide standards often flip that; the Corporate layout is built for it.
Can the whole brokerage use one design?
Yes. Any of these templates can be applied across a Google Workspace domain so every agent's signature matches, with each person's name, title and mobile filled in from the directory.

Every template here is free to customize in the signature generator and install yourself. If your company runs on Google Workspace, the same design can be applied to every employee from the admin side — see how team management works.
