Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

MailSignatures.io provides tools for creating, managing, synchronizing, and deploying email signatures and related branding assets across Google Workspace and related platforms. Features may include:

• Centralized email signature management
• Google Workspace integration
• Gmail signature synchronization
• Organization-wide signature deployment
• User profile and directory syncing
• Administrative controls and templates
• Domain-Wide Delegation (“DWD”) functionality

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Restricting unauthorized access
• Maintaining accurate account information
• Activities occurring under your account

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risks.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary employee, contractor, and organizational authorizations
• Ensuring email signature content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Reviewing and approving deployed signature content
• Managing administrator permissions and access controls
• Compliance with employment, marketing, privacy, accessibility, and industry-specific regulations applicable to your organization

MailSignatures.io does not review, monitor, or validate the legality, accuracy, or compliance of deployed signature content.

Certain features require integration with Google Workspace and may involve OAuth permissions or Domain-Wide Delegation authorized by Workspace administrators.

By enabling these features, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to grant requested permissions
• Your organization has approved such access where required
• You understand the scope of permissions granted
• You are responsible for managing administrative access within your organization

MailSignatures.io only accesses Google Workspace data necessary to provide the Services. Use of Google Workspace APIs remains subject to applicable Google terms and policies.

Certain features of the Services depend on third-party platforms and APIs, including Google Workspace and Gmail. MailSignatures.io is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs or policies
• Service interruptions caused by third parties
• Removal or restriction of API access
• Changes to Google Workspace functionality
• Delays, outages, or limitations caused by third-party providers

We may modify or discontinue features affected by third-party platform changes at any time.

Certain Services may require payment of subscription fees. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees may automatically renew unless canceled
• You authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription features at any time with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Access or attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Services to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Circumvent security or access restrictions
• Use the Services in a manner that violates Google policies or applicable law

You may not use the Services to distribute or deploy fraudulent or deceptive content, unlawful marketing claims, malicious links or malware, defamatory content, harassing or discriminatory material, content violating intellectual property rights, or content violating email, privacy, or advertising laws.

We may investigate and take appropriate action regarding violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including email signatures, templates, branding assets, logos, profile images, and related materials (“User Content”).

You grant MailSignatures.io a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, and synchronize User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to User Content
• User Content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights
• User Content does not contain malicious or unlawful material

The Services, including software, designs, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, functionality, and underlying technology, are owned by Visibility Brands LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services.

If you believe content hosted through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact support@mailsignatures.io with sufficient detail for investigation. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

To the extent applicable under privacy laws:

• Customers act as controllers or businesses with respect to customer data
• MailSignatures.io acts as a processor or service provider solely for purposes of providing the Services

MailSignatures.io may collect and use aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified usage data for analytics, security monitoring, product improvement, and operational insights. Such data will not identify individual users or organizations.

The Services may integrate with third-party services, including Google Workspace, Stripe, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Certain features may be identified as beta, preview, early access, or experimental features. Beta features:

• May be incomplete
• May contain errors or bugs
• May change substantially
• May be discontinued at any time
• Are provided without guarantees of availability or support

Use of beta features is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. We may modify features, perform maintenance, restrict access, suspend systems, or discontinue portions of the Services without liability.

MailSignatures.io may suspend or restrict access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if reasonably necessary to prevent harm or liability, address suspected abuse or fraud, respond to legal or regulatory requests, protect system integrity or security, or maintain platform stability.

MailSignatures.io does not guarantee identical rendering, formatting, tracking, or appearance across all email clients, browsers, devices, operating systems, or third-party email services. Email signature rendering may vary depending on recipient environments and external email systems.

Use of the Services does not guarantee compliance with employment laws, accessibility laws, advertising laws, industry regulations, privacy laws, email marketing laws, or corporate branding policies. Customers remain solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance obligations.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailSignatures.io disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

While MailSignatures.io implements reasonable security safeguards, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. You acknowledge and agree that internet-based services inherently involve security risks, unauthorized access or data incidents may occur despite reasonable safeguards, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backup, compliance, and security practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibility Brands LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to MailSignatures.io during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visibility Brands LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

MailSignatures.io shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications failures, cloud provider outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or third-party platform outages.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, required payments fail, your use creates legal or security risks, or required third-party integrations become unavailable.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MailSignatures.io regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements or understandings relating to the Services.
