What to include

  • A title that says what you do for whom — 'Pricing Strategy for SaaS', not 'Principal'.
  • Your firm or your own name as the company line.
  • A scheduling link so the first call needs no back-and-forth.
  • LinkedIn, and usually nothing else.
  • A short confidentiality line if you handle client financials or strategy documents.

What works for consultants

  • 1

A scheduling link outperforms 'reply to book a call' — remove the back-and-forth.

  • 2

Your title should say what you do for whom, not your internal rank.

  • 3

LinkedIn is the only social network most clients will actually check.

Common questions

Should an independent consultant include a photo?
It helps when you are the product. The Advisor Card and Consultant Profile templates lead with a portrait; the Essential and Practice Masthead ones stay text-first for a more institutional feel.
Button or text link for the booking call to action?
A text link for ongoing client threads, a filled button for first contact and proposals. Both point at the same scheduler; only the emphasis changes.
What goes in the company field if I work under my own name?
Your name, or your practice name if you have one. It renders as the brand line, so it should be whatever appears on your invoices.
