What to include

  • Company logo, or the brand-colored initial until you have one.
  • Office line and mobile, both labeled — customers call whichever they see.
  • License or bond number in the disclaimer slot where required.
  • One button: 'Request an estimate' or 'Book a service visit'.
  • Service area in the title or company line if you cover a specific region.

What works for contractors & trades

  • 1

Show the office line and your mobile — customers call whichever they see first.

  • 2

A bold brand color works here: your truck and your signature should match.

  • 3

One button: 'Request an estimate' or 'Book a service visit'. Not a menu.

Common questions

Do I need a photo in a contractor signature?
Usually not. Homeowners hire the company, so the logo leads; the Masthead and Corporate layouts are built for that. Owner-operators who are the face of the business can use the Bold or Profile layout instead.
How do I get the same signature onto every technician's phone?
If the company runs on Google Workspace, apply the design once from the admin side and it's set on every account, including phones. Otherwise each person installs it manually from the free generator.
Can I include my license number?
Yes — the disclaimer slot is the right place. Many states require it on estimates and correspondence, and it reassures homeowners comparing quotes.

Every template here is free to customize in the signature generator and install yourself. If your company runs on Google Workspace, the same design can be applied to every employee from the admin side — see how team management works.
